Introduction

Hello :)
  My name is Vanessa and this is my very first blog post :) I have procrastinated to create a blog for so long now and I finally decided to get my fingers working and create one since my exams are over and I can finally focus on running a blog :)

  I have created many blogs before this one and they have all been chucked aside cause I didn't have the time or motivation to write it but this time, hahaha, hopefully, I'll keep it running for a long long long time to come :) I blog about my art and thoughts probably thrice a week if not more.

  So, being my first post on this blog, I should firstly introduce myself :) Let's start with my name, I'm Vanessa and I'm fifteen this year. I live in this little country; Singapore, it can either be awfully humid or heaving pouring here but I like it (well, I have been living all my life here). I go Fairfield Methodist School (Secondary) and I enjoy the company of my friends in school. I live with my mother and my sister together with my domestic helper; my dad leaves in China as he works there. :) My hobbies includes reading, writing, listening to music, drawing, and if you consider tumblr as a blog, then yes, blogging as well :) My favorite subject in school is Art and I do really really enjoy it and hope to head in that career path when I get older. I'm in a Guitar Ensemble CCA in school and I've learn some guitar pieces in the past 3 years and partake in some competition as well as concerts. There is nothing much about me that is interesting haha but I'll go on. My favorite movies so far now are: Spirited Away, Peter Pan and Brave but I'm sure there will be more added to that list as time passes :) My personal taste in music comes from many different genres, I listen to everything from current pop songs to the songs from the 90s to rock and heavy metal songs so if you're wondering why the music type in between each artist I favor is so different,... well, now you know :) My favorite artists so far are: One Direction, Lorde, Backstreet Boys, West Life, Fall Out Boy, Emblem 3 and I guess that's it, well it's all I could think of right now *chuckles*. Besides listening to music I also absolutely love reading; well, not everyone knows this so if you happen to be from my school and reading this, YES I do read; some of my favorite books are: The Faults In Our Stars (Man, that book made me feel weak as hell and I see myself writing a blog post about the book very very soon), The Mortal Instruments, The Hunger Games (All 3 books) and so far, yeah, that's it :) And please don't tell me that those books are overrated, I am aware that they are popular, thus leading me to seek interest in them.

  I am not sure on what there is to go on about me anymore and as of right now, it is 12:54 am and I have school tomorrow and there's lightning and thunder outside and I'm slightly jumpy so I guess I'll go now :)
